Fog Lights, their installation and torture.

Fog Lights, their installation and torture.
Hey Folks!
So, I got this 2007 HHR...(You've seen it)...
When I was working in the dash installing the new stereo, I found this connector up by the top vents..turns out, it's the Fog Light connector.
I go online, buy the switch, buy the fog lights and I'm getting ready to throw them in...However, our favorite company doesn't appear to have deigned to install the wiring harness for the actual lamps.
Has anyone ever installed these bad boys after the fact? Is there a way of shoving the factory units in, or do I have to dink around with some weird extraneous stuff?
Any help would be appreciated, enjoyed, phenomenal and a wonderful addition to the mental library.

I see how you are...
...a smart man would have done that from the get-go, he would have seen that great tutorial by u/cjuetten and just did it...
...but instead, you had to point out that I am, indeed, not a smart man.
Tragic...
All sarcasm aside, thanks tons :)

Well, when I put the switch in, had my wife toggle it, the relay was switching...So I'm not entirely sure it wouldn't work by just following the tutorial earlier on.
As far as Dealerships go...I would rather be the floor scrubber at a 1970's porn theater than try to get my local Chevy dealerships to do anything, up to and including oil changes.
Service on my wife's 2015 Silverado...I've never experienced ineptitude of that level.

If you are using this tutorial: https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/how-...tory-fogs-637/ You should re read the first part and the last step, both refer to having the BCM programmed.
There are also a hundred or so other posts about installing fogs.
