I would day it is the combination of your foot and the HHR.
I have seen no one else compain about foot pain here unless they were in a crash.

Get to a doctor and have it checked. I used to have a pain in the heel area of my foot if I drove my sports car for a long time. Only time i got it. Anyway it has progressed to an almost constant varied pain in the ball area of my foot. The doctor gave me some anti inflammatories and suggested a heel shim in my shoes and it has made a big difference but there are still some days when the pain is bad. Don't wait get it checked.

People that are overweight often complain about heel/ankle pain. If you dont belong in that category, i suggest having it looked over by a doc.

Try moving your seat position if you haven't already done so.It took me about 3 weeks before I found a spot that didn't bother my leg,my neck,or my arch.

i try to use my cruise control as much as possible. it uses less fuel. and cuts down on fatigue , i drive alot , 275+ miles a day. i don't think my hhr has caused any more pain than i ussually have.
