Mine is packed away with some of my train stuff but it is about 1/43 scale. Hot wheels and Matchbox are generally about 1/64.

 

All mine says on the bottom is 1/36 scale and looks like its made by a company called KINSMART

 

Looks like they made more and there is a blue one...
