Is the clouding effect on the hood in the paint or reflection?
There was a time I turned my nose up at salvage title vehicles..... Until discussing this with a trusted friend mechanic. Salvage titles have enabled my offspring to drive newer and thus far better vehicles than they could have otherwise. While perhaps not for everyone, it certainly has benefited others.
