Front License Plate Bracket

If it's not required, doubtful your HHR would have been equipped w/ one.

Front plates not required here in Michigan. Since Rob's car was a GM Exec car, maybe they lost it?!? To tell you the truth I don't think mine had one either when I bought it. Guess I'll have to look if it ever warms up.

The chevy canadian site shows the plate bracket as $15. Can any of our Canadian member tell us if they have to pay for it up there? Also noticed on the site when you go to build your chevy that you can get accessories installed such as performance exh system . Wonder why chevy doesn't to that in the US.
Constructed of T-304 stainless steel with free-flowing mandrel bent tubing. Features semi-polished muffler that meets all Federal decibel requirements. The system includes a welded on exhaust tip and has an aggressive performance growl. ($807 Canadian) Can any of our Canadian members varify this?

I can't tell you anything about the exhaust upgrade up here but the front license plate frame is an extra cost up here in Canada. Most provinces, if not all, require a front license plate with the exception of Alberta. I think that's why it's an extra cost (or it might just be GM milking us for all we are worth.) I'm glad that we don't have front plates because it makes the front end look bad.
