Full rear mat

Anybody know where I can get a full rear mat that goes all the way to the front seats when the back seats are folded down.

I bought a universal bed mat for a pickup and just traced around the original carpet mat for the back half and trimmed it with a razor it came out great good luck!

DaytonaBlue, In the last couple of weeks I have seen a vendor online with this setup offered. The back-of-the-seat part attaches with velcro. I have looked, but cannot locate the vendor again. It's out there. Just keep searching "HHR" and "Mats" and it'll pop up. God Bless, Marc

I see the one you mentioned, but the one I saw was full carpeted with bound edges. It was split down the middle on the front half so you could fold down one seat but not the other.

Here's a catch, I noticed in the "rear-seats-upright" picture that the mat sort of wads up at the base of the seats. It would have to, or the seats couldn't go forward.

I think the best idea would be to source some carpet from somewhere that matches the rear carpet mat, and make separate pieces to velcro to the back of the seats. Maybe someone like Lloyd would make rear seatback mats if you just say "I need two rectangular bound mats X" by X" in the same color as my rear mat". You could order a rear mat at the same time. The big split mat I saw earlier just used velcro dots along the edge to fasten the mat to the seat backs.

I hope this helps. God Bless, Marc

rear mat

I found one at Office Max or Staples (not sure which). Black mat that fits exactly the length from back of front seats to rear door. Rubber on one side and black fuzzy stuff on other side. Made for floors in an office but works perfect for me black HHR SS.
