Fuse box issue?

I called one of our local Chevy dealerships and gave him the VIN on my car.

also, I just found the slip the mechanic gave me initially. He wrote “no power to neutral switch from under hood fuse box”

If the mechanic checked the fuse box halves of the underhood fuse box, and tge car runs after the ignition is turned off , is he positive it’s the fuse box, did he test the ignition switch? Just because it was replaced during the recall in 2014, doesn’t mean it isn’t worn out now.

Has the battery been tested ? How old is it? Have you disconnected it for 30 minutes and reconnect it to reset everything in the system?
