Smile Future HHR buyer, info wanted

I was in a car accident and had ended up getting a HHR for the rental and LOVED IT , not only that but have decided that I am interested in getting rid of my gas guzzling Outback and purchasing a HHR.

I found this forum, and have found it to be very informative. One question I do have is in regards to the 2007 model if this water leakage issue has been rectified. Are there any other major "bugs" that I should be on the lookout for?
I appreciate any feedback or info that you could pass on!

I never had any water leak issues with mine, so I'd say YMMV. This is the first car I've had in a while that hasn't had any leaks and my previous experience says if it leaks, take it back and have 'em fix it.

Have fun shopping!

Rentals must be pretty effective. It's how I ended up in mine

Anyway, got an '07 here and no water issues. I'm still in the honeymoon stages with mine (only had it 3 weeks), but no problems have cropped up so far aside from minor annoyances such as the armrests (the design of them, mostly).

Good luck. I believe you can't go wrong with one of these

To the HHR Country Club. I have a 2007 and have had it since Dec
2006. No leaks what so ever. Last Sunday I was on my way to Tampa and was in one of the worst storms. Winds with gusts to 60 MPH and a constant 35 MPH
If Black Arrow had any problems with water it would have shown then.
This Car is the most fun car I have ever owned. Get one you won't regret it.

Falling in love w/ HHR

We have had my wife's '07 HHR LS for almost a month now.

When she has "allowed" me to drive I have been in awe of how well this baby drives, comfortabilty and most of all the looks the Sunburst Orange Met. color gets from other drivers of all kinds of vehicle.

Have had 2 major storms with no leakage as mentioned by some '06 HHR owners.

Just waiting to get my own HHR in the next couple months if I get my promotion at my retirement job.

If it feels right do it !!

Buy the HHR -
