Dry the plugs with a hair dryer. Look inside each plug carefully for any debris but be careful if you have to remove it.

Fuel pressure? Borrow a gauge from the autoparts store. Water will go to the bottom. Heet is basically rubbing alcohol; it works by combining with the water and if it gets enough it will burn.

I doubt a few oz of water did this.

I would do the same as Don said.
Measure your fuel pressure. Volume and pressure are two different things.
You want cheap HEET ? Go to a drug store and buy 90% rubbing alcohol off the shelf and pore it in your tank.
Works great for washer fluid also.
Really don't think the injectors got damaged.
Let us know of your findings.

What he meant was: if you don't know THE very most basic mechanical bit of knowledge you should not be trying DIY stuff. which way to turn a screw is the most basic thing one needs to know in mechanics. NOT a stupid question! but if you don't know that you are wasting time and energy doing mechanical work yourself. It just means you don't know where to start, much less what to do in the middle.

There is a very easy test to prove the fuel pump is bad or not. Borrow a fuel pressure gauge from the auto parts store, then ask someone how to use it (not difficult); Presuure should be 55-60 psi while pump is running, then hold pressure for 2-5 minutes after shut down.

Your description of the symptoms sounds like a fuel pump to me.

ok i understand but i am handy . got of the phone with my mechanic said i probably didnt drain all the water out and there is baffles inside that tank . water probably shifted and shut me down . said he would have to take the tank down and put a few towels in there and let it dry out and put it back on. said it would take a few hours to take it down but he couldn't get to it till at least after the first of the year to get to it. Nothing he said surprised me . This is what i was hoping to avoid .

sounds like the fuel pump just quit on you... yes youll get pressure at the valve but probly only 10psi when it should be 35-60 psi depending on vehicle ( I had a truck that ran great, pulled into a drive through, went to pull up and die... started, idled and reved good, put in gear give gas and die.... towed to shop, sure enough no pressure well not enough. So you need a fuel pressure check but from the sound of it, fuel pump is my guess.
