yeah after finding out that I was going to lose out on $5K I decided to keep the HHR, mod it, then buy an evo IX next year.

Batman, keep us posted. I took my Dad to Chevy dealer to look at Cobalts. If they do go to 0% again, that would be great.

What I HATE!!!!!

I hate looking in the newspaper to see all the printed as like "Brand New 06" HHR for 14,695.00 , but what it is , is that car don't exist, and if it did i would be as plain as plain can be, but agin it wont be there. I ended upbuying my HHR on july 4th, one reason was I got it for 0% and GMS pricing(due to my uncle being retired from GM) . Its MSRP was 24,010.00 , and my montly payment is only 315.00 a month. NOT to BAD considering what it could have been. THOSE supid adds drive me crazy..............

I hate this thread!!! I just bought mine 2 weeks ago. Even though I got supplier pricing, I know employee pricing was good for another $900.

Hopefully it's a really good deal because I found the Trailblazer SS I want on one of the local lots. I don't care about losing money on a trade for the convience of having a definite sale and not having to deal with a the headache of selling it myself. So what if I lose a couple of grand if I enjoyed the vehicle for the time I had it. I love my HHR but the Trailblazer SS is a way nicer vehicle and I probably won't feel it's like it's underpowered. I don't like front wheel drive either. I should probably check out the MPG on the Trailblazer SS before making a decision.

I don't know about you batman, but we were busy beyond belief for the 72 hour sale. We were so busy we had our lot kid selling cars lol. We are a fair sized dealer (about 60 new per month) and are nearly out of 2006 inventory. We have about 15 Trailblazers left (all 1SBs with PCR), 5 Monte Carlos, 4 Colorados, 5 Silverados (all 2500 gassers), 2 Express conversion vans, 2 Malibus, 2 Maxxs, 1 Express cargo, and a few demos that don't qualify for 0%. The good news is I'm at 16 for the month already, and getting the 20 car bonus should be a lock.

If you hate this thread what about the people who bought a new GM vehicle just before the 0% deal was announced ( I know I'd be pissed ), a supplier discount is better then none. Don't forget how hard it was for you to find an HHR that was kinda what you were looking for, around here there's not many HHR's on the lots to choose from.

scrapinby, what dealer are you at?

I saw one of the Trailblazer SS's while I was at the dealer during the last GM sale. That is one slick looking ride. As much as I tried, I just couldn't convince my wife she didn't need a Tahoe but really needed the SS. Oh well, the Tahoe is a real plush ride.
