Yes you're right. I know of some dealerships that have a Tech to do that job. He looks at a vehicle and it's problem then asigns it to the proper person to get the job done right. Thats all he does, doesn't fix anything. Some people think that if it doesn't get fixed in a few seconds the first time, that mechanics don't know what they are doing. Sometimes problems can be hard to find no matter how good you are.
