GmPartsDirect.com aka Flow Chevrolet buyer beware

So I ordered a new carpet for my 2010 and after shopping around as much as possible I decided that since I was east coast I would save some on shipping ordering east of the Mississippi.
I ordered from GMPartsDirect.com aka Flow Chevrolet/Cadillac, Winston Salem NC.
The carpet with shipping was $492.92 to my door.
After receiving the carpet I noticed some defects and attempted to contact customer service with zero reply. Since I paid with paypal I opened a dispute and again no customer service reply so paypal refunded my money and I keep the carpet which ill install and repair. There was a list of angry customers on their site forum not getting any contact at all but I seemed to have found an answer.
Now I have the extra cash to buy a tech2 🤣

This was my first time buying online from a site like that. After doing some homework before my purchase I discovered it was an actual dealership so I felt more comfortable with the sale. I think its a ghost site with no one behind the keyboard. It seems orders go to the warehouse and get shipped and thats it, no one in the office. Well, it cost them $500 this time but Im sure thats a drop in the bucket to them and will never be missed. Good for me though, im not complaining. I ordered a special velour adhesive called Knockout to make the proper carpet repairs myself. $7 for the product, $9.50 to ship it lmao.

I’m to old school, if you use it , pay for it.
Now, I read that you attempted to contact the seller, then contacted PayPal and they refunded you.

How about if you do business have at least some customer service, these clowns had ZERO. I didnt do anything but try to recieve some customer service and got nothing. I told paypal all I wanted was a good carpet or the money to repair it and I wasnt paying any return shipping.. This was Paypal policy not mine. Dont hate.

Seriously, what would you have done had you contacted the company on more than one occasion and recieved absolutely zero reply after 7 days? Exactly what I did.

No hate, just principal. Yes, you tried, and yes PayPal credited you.
My point was it is almost impossible to deal with companies after you click to complete the purchase.
