They had 17 days to make some kind of contact, either with me or paypal and did neither. Its all on them. All they had to do was make some kind of effort at customer service in 17 days and failed.

And im still left with a defective carpet that was never installed and needs repair so I dont know where you got that I used it.

im certainly not the only customer not getting service but im the bad guy for taking on a ripoff company anf winning? Thats funny.

The right box and part number , but the incorrect part in the box!
My view is , it’s a shame these companies are not held accountable for customer service.
Paypal does that , not the vendor online.
