That was my golden teal metallic you saw at the show yesterday.
Have not seen too many GTM here in rochester either. Not sure why, as I get compliments on the color all the time. One of the chevy sales reps at the show said it was not a popular color and that's why it's being dropped for 2008.
I would also like to know how many were painted GTM for 2007.

paddock chevy said the same thing about the GMT hhr very rare color not mant sold and like you i have a lot of people complimenting me on mine also.My hhr is the ls model no mods yet

There is a Dodge dealer I drive past every day on my way to work, and the Charger R/T has some sweet colors that my wife & I think would look great on the HHR. They have this dark purple color, a lime green, and a pretty sweet yellow. I think there should be more bright colors for the HHR, I wasn't happy with any of the dark colors available in '06, having owned a bright yellow '02 Cavalier, so that is why I went with White. It was the brightest color available from what I had to choose from. Golden Teal would have been one of our top choices for our second HHR, it is sad to see it go.

Last October I found out the 2007 HHR was available in teal, I had to get one. For the next two months, I called and looked at almost every Chevy dealership in Middle Tennessee for one to no avail. But in January I finally found one 50 miles outside of Nashville. I absolutly love it. I have only seen one other teal HHR around town. I have gotten a lot of complainments on the color. Sorry to hear teal won't be returning.

I also had to hunt all over for my GTM .. I'm near Cookeville. I've seen one other around. I got the dealer locally to do a dealer trade with Indiana for mine! Only regret now, is that I didn't try harder to find gray LEATHER seats, as the cloth stains so easily ,I was sitting at an intersection recently where there was a Sunburst Orange Majestic Amethyst and my Golden Teal, very cool to see!

I had never seen a teal colored HHR until I registered for this site. Even then, I thought it was a custom paint job at first. Personally I love it but it sounds like it's not to popular with the buying public.

I have had nothing but compliments on the color of the car..and I have some friends who would let me have it if they did not like it.
