Gonna give our car a new name........

Since I had tried naming our HHR "Mugsey" AND it has not stuck in any way shape or form AND you all have cool names Like "Stich" & Nemo" & Casper, etc.
I'm a gonna go with..............

IRON MAN!

Yes it's a picture I have posted before, but it took a while for it to set in , that this horseless carriage IS

IRON MAN!

Now where exactly can I put the helmet?
It does fit me head!
This fellow tried it and aint been right since:

Tony Stark is pretty interesting these days in the Marvel Comics too.

Our Corvair is named Gyro, and Otis was my '62 Buick like the one in Animal House that John Belushi drove off in at the end.
Ya gotta name yer car. I mean ya just gotta!

OMG - I love it!! WHERE can you put the robot head -- I thought you had it on there as a hood ornament. - very cool but it would have been stolen in a minute or less...
Hm, can the eyes light up instead of a 3rd brake light? Okay, uncool, eh...

Thanks California girl! I knew some one would be awake out there!
Nice to see another pic of old Tony too!
Kudos

I like messing with the cars looks like putting Tony's mask on it, but you're right, it would not last a minute!

I also thought of this, but did not go through with it:

I stick Turniphead out the sunroof when we are at shows and I worry too that someone may take off with him.He likes to get out of the store now and again.

Hmm, perhaps a Lexan case with a cool light show for the mask in the rear near the new subwoofers ( they are not in yet ). If only it were a real show car and not a commuter/grocery getter. But still, we can dream and come up with something. Heck Chevy did the hard work making such a cool and fun car in the first place! CHEVY

Here's another shot.

Since then Iron Man has had a lower grill put in and some cool Chrome scripts put on the hood. and of course lots of necessary chrome around his butt!

Chrome rings around the taillight soon
He has the CGS intake and outlaw filter, but we took off the IMCO muffler due to noise. Back to the turtle, but is is quieter! Iron Man likes a bit of stealth

I like the stripe on the hood.
Are they pinstripe type or chrome pieces, may do this.

Hi BB.
That would be the same chrome strip that resides on Iron Man's butt
Available at Pep Boys.
One can never have too much chrome

I think "Iron Man" fits the car better than "Mugsey".

Now if I could just drop a few pound and fit into the costume..........

Here is a friend with a mixed costume at my store:
