I purchased Car 11 at Ourisman Chevrolet in Marlow Hights, Maryland, a 49 mile drive, but can attest that their sales department and finance person were both very professional. Can't vouch for their service, but will let you know as they are taking care of the brakes (a little too much vibration on braking) and the sun roof rattleing noise with the velcro. (New car...two problems...let's see how they handle the situation.)

I still love Car 11!!

Selman Chevrolet, Orange, CA
Great service, nice folks--been around over 50 years.
My folk's bought there Chevy's here in the 80's.

My sister, bro-in-law and I have bought there:
90 Blazer
93 Cavalier (got this former "loaner" for our parent's)
99 S10
00 Tahoe
01 Silverado
07 Tahoe
07 HHR (my blackie!)

Other then the S10 and the last 3 which are still in the immediate family, all these other cars/trucks are now owned by relatives (hard for us to give up our Chevy's!). Only car not bought here is my 89 GEO Metro which still runs great and just gave to my niece for school.

If you all remember, I took delivery of my new 2007 2LT on 12/14/07. I wrote about what the dealer was going to do, because of brake vibration, sunroof "ticking" sound, bird droppings on car and Popping sound when rear tailgate is opened.

I just spoke with the dealer and here is what they have done:

1) Replaced front rotors and pads with brand new ones.
2) Could not replicate rattleing sound from rear sun roof - velcro area. They are going to try again tomorrow.
3) They "wet sanded" the bird droppings and buffed the areas.
4) Installing new tailgate pistons tomorrow morning.

They gave me a free Enterprise rental while they have been doing the work.

And, because I live so far away (49 miles) they are going to drive the HHR to my home and pick up the rental car tomorrow. Now THAT is service!!!!

The Dealer? Ourisman Chevrolet, Marlow Heights, MD.
