Question Grounding lug (Mirror LED arrows)

Gentlemen (& Ladies),

Can anyone tell me where there is a grounding lug/terminal inside the cabin of the HHR's? I'm putting LED arrows in the side mirrors, and can't seem to find a good ground under the dash for 'em...

This is the inside fuse panel. That bolt to the left is a good ground.

Ground

solman98,
OK, then, thanks a lot. Don't see which 'bolt' you're reffering to?

Thumbs up Ground

After looking, I discovered that the lower/forward bracket for the snap in cover for the fuse panel is grounded as well. I just used a self tapping #10 screw and grounded there. It's right near where I had to tap into for the turn signals anyway. (I had wired my rear clearance lights to blink with the turn signals earlier.)
Thanks for all yer comebacks...

ballplr,
I got the LED kit from Shark Racing, here's their link to the LED mirror kit:

http://www.sharkracing.com/acecart/b...cate=070000000

I used the 'Amber' colored ones.

The price is for a PAIR of 'em.

It even has a video of how to install the arrows. BUT, that ain't the hard part, getting the wires out through the hinge to the door is... On a scale of 1-10, I would rate it about 12...

PM me if ya want...

Mo

Really HARD TO EXPLAIN HOW TO COMPLETE THIS!!!! Right T20!!! PITA! But rewarding once you get it done! All I have to add to this i you CAN get the wires run through the hinge without drilling, but it takes patience, Lots and lots of it.
