Heads up display (or whatever it is called) & OnStar*
I had to use my Onstar yesterday, due to me running out of gas. I know i was stupid to let this happened...
I have noticed once the gas level gets to about 80 miles left, it reads "Low Fuel". I didn't drive that far, but it doesn't change and let you know how many miles are left!
Onstar was great! I waited about 40 minutes and had someone there with fuel. I made it to a gas station and filled up! So no more getting under a quarter tank.... Live and Learn!

I think if you rest the "Low Fuel" warning you can get back to the "Miles-To-Go" feature? Can't say for sure as I'm STILL waiting on delivery of my HHR, but I'm someone should be able to confirm or refute this?

I have AAA and Roadside Assistance available through my insurance and cell companies, and was gonna quit OnStar today until I read this:
Was there a charge for the fuel? What was the price?
Which grade/octane and how much of it did they deliver?
Did you have to complete any paperwork at delivery?
Was it a service truck that delivered?

you call onstar through the car. just push the button on the mirror. Onstar's signal strength is about 7 times that of a normal cell tower (that's what the dealer told me at least) I don't know what towers they run off of though, seems like if places can do no charge roaming on your cell, they should work the same way. S you should be able to get a signal almost anywhere.
