Hello everyone

Hello, my name is Ed, I am from the Philadelphia area of Pa, and I have a 2007 HHR 2LT that I have had for almost a year now. Many adventures so far and alot more to come.

Thats a very nice ride! Looks like youve done a lot to it. I like the illuminated HHR in the door panel, I've beeh thinking of something along those lines, do you have any pics of how it was done? Is that your business?

Well thank you guys.
I am a product design engineer for RazorLite. I am building a market for automotive lighting. I also compete in car audio competitions and work with audio manufatcurers to demo products at shows.

For the door I dont have many pics, basically I removed the armrest piece, peeled off the vinyl. Then I used a dremel to cut out HHR. I then fiberglassed and painted the piece. I used a blue RazorLite panel behind the cutout and reinstalled.
