Hello from a not-so Newbie

Hi All,

Some of you have seen me poking around and asking questions. I figured it was time to say 'hello'.

My name is Mike and I live in the great state of New Hampshire with my wife and two kids. I bought an 07 2LT, Imperial Blue in March and LOVE the car. I am new to GM, have owned Fords all my life. I have to say that this car has brought out the kid in me. The only mod I ever did to my F-150 was an i-Pod cradle. With the HHR I find myself spending nights and weekends doing something to the car. Latest mod in progress is retro-styled interior floor lighting. I'll post pics when done.

Anyway, just wanted to say 'hi', and what a great resource this site is.

Mike

Hey Mike. we won't hold the Ford thing against you. Been driving for 46 yrs and basically just tried to keep my cars/ trucks clean but the HHR just wants extra attention so I know what you mean. See in your profile you are another train buff, kids love them too. Ever do the Mt Washington cog RR (I've got a small section of the cog track, bought it at the gift shop) or the Conway Scenic North of you?

Yeah, we have an HO layout. My daughter and I do most of the train layout construction. My son helps from time to time.

Believe it or not I have never done the Cog. Keep meaning to along with the Conway Scenic Railway.

Conway is about 2.5 - 3 hours north of me, Nashua is right over the border with Massachusetts.
