But they are annoying. Try to unroll your back windows while driving when you have cranks. IMO cranks just suck! When I get to that stage of my Malibu restoration the cranks are gone and switches are going in. Any old school ride I own is going to have electric windows. Cranks are something that should stay in the past.

I know, I wouldn't tell him otherwise. He's the one with trophys not me. But he is seriously is the first person I have ever heard of that likes them better than power windows. That's cool in it's own right. I'm more the type to butcher an old school to make it more bad ass. Unless it was a really rare numbers matching car of course.

I usually don't buy power windows unless I have to (as in the HHR). My last 6 cars/trucks had manual windows. It's odd how the motors usually end up failing about 7-10 days after your warranty expires.

Yours doesn't do that? Maybe if you were to use the brake once in a while.

I think it has something to do with the HHR 3rd brake light decal. Most of mine is covered by black vinyl.

One gripe that I have that has not been posted in this thread..........

Do you think they could have made the floor mats any shorter than they are?
I'm constantly putting the heel of my right foot on the edge of the mat, which makes it uncomfortable for highway driving.

Man - toss those mats! They lasted long enough for me to drive to an auto parts store and buy some REAL MATS!

I generously left them in the Pep Boys dumpster for a less fortunate individual!
