You know what...... You're right!

I think I was confusing it with the Vibe that we tried out.

OK, so how about a rear hatch window that opens.

Just for the record, the HHR is not a truck.....

I like our cup holders because they can fit a 22 oz. bottle.

I'm pretty sure the government has classified the HHR as a truck.
and
I think there is another thread for that debate.

But I agree with you.

i loved crank windows and wish we still had them on lower model cars. another reason i would have bought an LS
Do some LS's come with crank windows? Our's came with power windows so I just thought they all did!

Sure it is... It may share a chassis with a Cobalt but lots of things share chassis. MY Chevrolet paperwork says truck.

If you look on the Chevrolet.com website, you find the HHR listed with cars, but you also find the SSR listed with cars and you know it is a truck. If you go to the merchandise section of the same site, you'll find the HHR with trucks.

Was the 49 Suburban a truck? Was the HHR styled after a 49 Suburban? Then it is a truck. It may not be a pickup, but it is still a truck.

Everything that I have ever seen shows power windows as standard on all LSs. One salesman told me that they made a 'contractor' version of the HHR that came with crank windows. I think he was just upset that I knew more than him about it and was making stuff up.

If you go in through the passenger door to roll down the windows and then lock the doors. "With out starting the vehicle." The radio does not turn off. It will stay on for EVER. I guess I'm just to LAZY to walk to the driver side of HHR to roll down the windows in the hot summer.

I found that out yesterday! haha.. I was showing my gardener the remote start and I just opened the passenger door while it was running. When I shut off the engine and closed the door, the radio stayed on. I eventually had to walk around and open the drivers door to get it to go off.
