HHR in Garage

Hello, newbie here. Took delivery of a Summit White LT2 today. Has almost every option except rear spoiler which I will add. Did not want the chrome package but dealers all seem to order them with it. Msrp was $23.3 and I paid $19.2 after rebates. My wife has been wanting an HHR from their intro.
Glad there is a forum like this to learn and share. I had no idea of all the mods that can be done.

Is there a way to find out the exact birthday with the Vin # ?

Anyways it great to be a new member of the HHR clan.

The Summit white option includes the bright chrome package. You can't get it any other way. Welcome to the club. Search around here for mods. You find hundreds of things you can do to your new HHR.....

I read a thread about running boards and how they help with road rash. Seems all HHRs on the dealer lot have them now. At least here in NE Ohio

Talking about the running boards, the dealership I bought mine from has all HHR's with running boards, but when I went the the next town's dealership to compare, they had 42 HHR's and NONE of them were ordered with running boards!!!! This is Michigan people, get those board installed!?!?!?!!?
