Hhr ss exhaust with magnaflow

Well first, don't see what you saw.
Front to back means from engine to bumper.
Down pipe is different than a non turbo car.
SS cars stand alone with exhaust systems do to how they mount to the engine and pipe size.

Pipe size is different. Maybe with a header, you could match it?
I did that with my NA Saabaru. I had EL headers to mate up to a 2.5" WRX (turbo) exhaust system. It's a lot of work under the car if you aren't competing. I installed the headers for more power, the rest came along with it.
I am going to say it's possible, but may not be worth it.

Welder up
You ain't got the wrong part(s) you got the wrong HHR!
Anything is possible. Whats the goal? New sound. More Power. Just to do it.
If the flange bolts up and you have a wire feed welder seems pretty simple.
Until you try to smog it. (In California anyway)
