Don06, registered as a truck but licenced as a car?? I thought florida was confused i guess Wi is also. It seems the truck is winning out over the wagon or car.

Maybe the day of the week and what its being used for that day determines what it is?

In many states if you have enough seats it is considered a passenger car for plates but still classified on the federal level as a truck for Fuel mileage.

Then you also have the Non Com plates for trucks that are cheaper too.

Either way the the companies sell it as a truck for the EPA and what anyone else calls it is up to them. The CAFE loop hole is all they are worried about.

The bottom line is it is a HHR and that's all we need to worry about.

My "Motor Vehicle"

My 'Panel' is no station wagon or SUV. It's closer to a 'Van'. And it's small. But I dont want to call it a minivan!

The only thing that mattters is what GM calls it and the goverment accepts for the EPA for legal fuel mileage reasons.

For the rest of us call it what makes you happy.
