I just spoke to the hotel, 1-800-641-4106 speak to Veronica, and they have already taken 20 reservations.
That means the 1/5 of our room block is already taken!
So get those reservations made. While talking to Veronica, I was able to confirm that the room rate, $55, is a flat rate. You can cram as many people in your room as you want!
Thanks all!

Hello all. The hotel looks good. As long as it's clean, we'll only be sleeping in it. My wife and I have been trying to get together with the HHR people, but our schedule always seems to conflict with an event. I am marking this down. We are very interested in this. It's also a big plus that the hotel is pet friendly, since we have a dog we'll probably be taking with us.

Got my room booked also. Always wanted to make the Branson trip. I spent three years at Ft Leonard Wood in the late seventies so it will be interesting to see that part of the country again. Sounds like a good time! I hope to also bring some members from 'Up North'.
