So this morning I go outside to leave.. and I notice a shocking dent in my passenger door.. It got me furious.. I'm not sure when it happened though Yesterday morning I went to my girlfriends for breakfast and parked the wrong way on the curb leaving my passenger door on the outside.. The neighbors across the street are stupid and cause problems anyways.. And their driveway is right where I parked.. I have a feeling it was themm.. but not sure ? What should I do ?
The truck has no colored paint from another car.. It just is dented in.. For me to get a new door and have it painted (which i might as well paint the whole truck then cause it needs it, it'll cost me or someone bout 2k) I just cant believe it.. This truck is almost 40 years old and has never been wrecked , i bought it cause it was the straightest truck I could find of it's age.. It was a one owner and well preserved before me

And to top of my day.. I was running late to church this morning and got pulled over for doing 50 n a 40 .. Just isn't my day i recon'

 

Man! That is such a shame. I really hope you can find who did that.... Such a nice truck too. If it was your HHR it wouldn't have been as sad, because this thing is a classic!!!

Gotta love Stupid People, I get so sick and tired of people who don't give a crap about anyone else or there belongings. Good luck getting the truck fixed. Or you can sell it to me :) But i need a garage first. Dam!

 

Man that really blows. That truck looks better than I do and we are the same age.

Is the paint chipped or cracked in anyway? It's quite a serious dent and might be more than a Paintless Dent Repair technician could handle, since the metal is probably stretched, but it may be worth checking into. I've seen them do amazing thing and save people thousands.

 

This is no way to start the day!!! Ol Chevys do seem to keep on truckin but some a hole always has to disrespect some ol boy. Whoever did it probably didn't have insurance and most old trucks don't carry comp. I drove my black 72 for a year with a blue and white fender, then did a restore after i saved up the bucks. you might have to do it that way .

 

a dent with no paint transfer indecates it was a low speed hit, like from some one backing into it. good thing it was an old truck, a new one mite have been totaled!!!

Hit N Run sucks! My wife had my 07 HHR at work and some old man hit it and took off. There was a witness but, the security guard forgot to get their name and phone number. So, now he says he didn't do it. But, when the security guard confronted him he said I'm almost 80 yrs old cut me a break. The security guard said you did some damage to the other persons car. The old man said, I'm a marine veteran can't you let me go. Guard said no. Now I'm out $500 for the deductable unless the old SOB's ins. pays up..Now that really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
