Got depressing news..................
Yes, I still plan on making it, but Dory isn't going to be up for photos.

Will take and post pix in the morning, when I can see how bad the damage is. So far I'm going to need a new grill and possibly the hood also.

Dory is jx3's HHR. He had it parked in the driveway of his mother-in-laws neighbor. Lady came out...backed out of her garage and ran into the front end of his HHR, damaging the grille and hood. Lady was driving an Excursion. Obviously she didn't see it or wasn't expecting it to be there.

This is info I read in another post here ont he forum.

Why would you park in someone else's driveway, especially without letting them know?

This is what was posted in the "Welcome Elliott" thread.

Haven't seen him post since this, so that's all we really know on here for now. It's possible he had parked there before w/o any problems, but now this time there was. I'm sure he'll clue us in when he come back to post on the forum.

Thanks for getting everyone up to speed Deb.

As far as parking in neighbor's driveway, my mother in law's family has permission to do so.

Sorry couldn't get pix yesterday, camera was in wife's truck. Here's a couple shots of the damage..............
