In the Rollover Test results in today's paper they called the HHR an "SUV"!
I think that's a bit of a stretch myself. But who cares, it's a great ride !!

My dealership entered mine as a commercial vehicle. I requested they change it as the tags are more costly for commercial than status as a wagon.

I'm due a REFUND!
I classify my HHR as above, MINE and COOL!

Station wagon.
Still it does not have quite the room the old Lakewood wagon had:
Imagine the engine compartment bare and trunk -like , and the engine out back underneath the cargo area!

Louisiana DMV calls it a truck, I had one passerby remark it looked like a hearse.... shades of the Munsters!!!

Chevy literature I looked at prior to purchase called it an SUV, as did the dealer. When I expressed the thought that it really was more of a station wagon than an SUV, the salesman pointed out that nothing in the line is called a station wagon anymore. Too old sounding I guess. But I still think calling it an SUV is a big stretch. Maryland DMV calls it a truck. Whatever...
