Camaross94. You'll have to define exactly what you mean by "build number".
LEN. We have owners manuals on this site for download. No need to feel your way around because you don't have one. https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/gene...s-manual-3074/

There are a couple websites that can give you that info based on your VIN.
Might try a Google search.
The only one I recall was Compnine.com or something like that. Not really sure how accurate they are.

Compnine had been down for a good while, but they're back, as a pay site.
Comprehensive Chevrolet, Saturn, GMC, Hummer, Cadillac, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Geo, Dodge, Plymouth, Jeep, Chrysler, Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda Truck, Mercedes VIN Decoder
Back when they were a free site, their info was fairly accurate. Not sure how they are now.
There are very few HHR's that meet the true definition of rare, and the rarest are the SS Panels.
Right now Camaross94, just think of your HHR as a nice used trucklet and enjoy it. We'll talk rarity and its affect on values in about 20 years.
The actual number of identical units may be in the thousands, hundreds, or dozens. According to the "old" Compnine, my first HHR was 1 of 14 2007 LS's built in Silverstone Metallic with every available option. That makes it rare, but to the rest of the world, it's just a silver truck.
To me, it's my favorite out of the four I own, and while they all get babied...Paddy leads a garage kept life of luxury.
