How many miles on your HHR ?

Just curious what kind of miles you have on your HHR ? What kind of milage do you get per gallon of gas. Anybody used synthetic motor oil ?
I am 73, had my 06 HHR since 08. Always used synthetic oil since 36K,when I got the car. 55-60 MPH are my highway speeds. I try to stay in the far right lane and stay out of trouble. At 55 MPH I get 35 miles to the gallon over 60 MPH it will drop down to about 28. I have 132 K and just broke the inside drivers door handle. I really love the car and wish they still made them.

You can find multiple answers to each of your questions by using the SEARCH FIELD in the middle of the brown task bar, just above this post.

No offense BUT your topics have been discussed many times, with many answers from many different people in many different states. You can pick the answer that fits your needs. It would save some bandwidth space.

For example....https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/gene...-your-hhr-127/

'08 Panel 100,901 miles

Me either. I don't care how many times a thread has been covered...if a member wants to ask again, so be it. The more activity on the list the better. Search engine cuts down on posts. Band width ???????

You're missing Snoopy's point. Since you are a newb here it understandable.
The majority of people here have been members of this site for a good while. They've answered these repeat questions over and over.
When someone posts up the same old question for the umpteenth time, chances are most of them won't even respond again.

If the OP does a search, he'll probably find a bunch of threads and answers. If he waits for his new thread to be answered, probably won't get as many replys.

Purchased my 08 Panel new. Always use Mobil 1. Like you if I keep the speed down I average 31-32 mpg. Have gotten as much as 38. I am usually the guy in the left lane though. So about 27- 28 on average on the freeway.
Oh, and I have just over 116k on my ride. Still lovin it after all these years.

And welcome to the sight!

2006 HHR LT 80K
Over 30 mpg on trips, 25-28 rural driving.
You can purchase just the door handle from Dorman they have a repair kit so you don't have to replace the whole door panel.
