I spent a few years driving a VW Vanagon. I would always see another Vanagon on the road daily. I do not always see an HHR on my drives.

Of course, So Cal is where most VW's go to retire...

I have driven in to work on the 210 in what looked like an HHR convoy, twice. And I have only had it a week now. Perhaps not as popular in the OC but in SB and LA counties, they are all over.

Hey Nick, I looked at your profile.
Have you had to deploy SharePunt yet?

Yeah, replacing Doccenter and dashboard. Rolled it out a few months back. Nice tool but not nice for non techies. Especially the level of training we have to do for portal area content managers, etc.

Yesterday on a sort commute home from the store (maybe 3 miles) I saw 3 (three) HHR's! One was parking, and his family all saw me and pointed me out to the driver. The other 2 were parked.

Maybe they are finally catching on. But, a little promo by GM would really help.

They really are a perfect family car. Plenty of room in the back, lots of space for the passangers, fun to drive, and pretty to look at. Plus, easy to mod. What more could one ask for?

Ahh...when I first bough my HHR, I asked my dealer if that was a new re-design of the PT Cruiser.

I know I know...but I didn't know then, and thus can't blame the general public.

I get the whole PT thing too.
Dumb guy: Is that a PT?
Me: No, it's Chevy's newest 2 seater (I have a panel)
dumb Guy: That's a Vette!?
