b. you don't say what bulbs
c. after a thread is 5 years old your problem is rarely exactly the same, you would be better served starting a new thread with your particulars.
d. please start a new thread about your tire problem

What bulb are you using (Brand and model number)?
I suspect you are using the wrong bulb or a subpar aftermarket bulb. You should be using the 3057KX, this is in your owners manual page 5-44. There is a bulb that looks identical and it is called the 3157, the 3157 is brighter and pulls more current and produces more heat! I just wonder if this is what is going on. I would recommend the sylvania 3057 long life bulb, they are about $7-8 for a two pack.
If this is not the issue then you likely have high current, this is usually caused by a loose connection. Check all your connections, both hots and grounds. Check the terminals on the battery as well.
You say it blows within minutes, this actually makes troubleshooting much easier. So when does it blow (just driving lights or blinking, brake light, reverse)?
