Intermittent headlight issues

I have looked at the diagrams many times. So I hope the exclamation point wasn't out of frustration. I've never had and electrical this hard to track down and all I'm trying to do is make sense of it all. I am fully aware of the wiring, ground, fuse and relay situation right now I'm stabbing at anything I can and I'm very close to just running all new wiring from the lights back of just say f' it and hoping it passes inspection which is due in a few weeks and just letting the whole thing go

running new wires would do nothing if the problem is the internal contacts of the fuse box.
We have established that the control for the relays work. We have established that the bulbs work. The wires from the fuse box to the bulbs is good. That leave the part that has not been looked at; the fuse box or the connectors to it.
If you really want to continue throwing parts around you can get a used fuse box at the junk yard for $15. You have replaced every other part. The internal connections of the fuse box are a known issue or that wacky guy wouldn't have thousands of views on his youtube.
My bet is that the top panel is not making good contact with the bottom panel in the are of the relays or fuses. Could be the plug on the bottom are loose.

Ive replace the bulbs again and I'm trying a new switch but other than that I really haven't invested anything but time. I'm not trying to be a pain but if I can't figure this out then the car has to go and I don't want that. I appreciate the help but I don't want to cause a problem so I'm going to try another thing or two then get it in for inspection and hope it doesn't mess up. After that it is what it is and trade it in later in the year

I've tried and retried everything that was said. I didn't get mad when I had to repeat things I've already done or when I'm being told the same thing over and over after I keep doing it. The only thing I hadn't done is what the video showed a I said "thank you I look into it when I get a bit of time". Then after I try that and the switch again I give up. Get your panties untwisted
