Welcome and sorry about your Cavaliar. Hope the insurance doesn't go too high. The HHR should help with that as many companies list it as a station wagon. Post some pictures of your new ride. I love the color of the Spring Premier Edition.

PS: If you download Google search engine to your Internet Explorer toolbar, you can use the spell checker and make sure your spelling is correct. It's a great tool!

Either one would be great. It's just really hard for me to read a post filled with typos and misspelled words. I make errors just like everyone else but I try to fix them as soon as I find them.

That was a nice Cavalier you had. Was going to pick one up, but figured I might as well get the car I want... the HHR.

Was in an accident of my own with my El Camino. Got T-Boned by an F-350 and banged up my fender and driver side door. An F-350 coming straight at you that isn't stopping is a little freaky.

However, glad you're okay, sorry to hear about the car. We're gonna need pictures of the new HHR sometime soon!

Holy crap! I've been extra cautious in the HHR as it has some pretty significant blind spots compared to my VW Golf.

Welcome to the forum. Lots of useful info on here. Once you start reading the posts of mods and how-to's you'll go nuts.

Ok pot:

1. It is spelled Cavalier.
2. Chevrolet made a Spring Edition, not a Spring Premiere Edition, the Premiere Edition is what I have, made in 2007. The Spring Edition was a 2006 model that was Victory Red.
3. There should be a comma after "Welcome".
4. P.S. Is an abbreviation for Postscript therefore requiring a period between the letters.

Thanks for making me feel welcome though I really appreciate it. I made sure to edit the post and fix the 2 typos I made just for you.
Sincerely, Kettle .

P.S. Are, you rude to everybody or am I just special ?

Welcome! Glad you are on board with another cool GM .
You seem to have a realistic appraisal of your time involved with your car and the moment it all came to an end due to that blind spot. Could happen to any of us.
I'm glad you have arrived safely in HHR land.
Happy modding and carshows!

Wow, all of that work!! This accident - well, if it hadn't been so scary, it would have just killed your soul after doing all that work. But, like you say, you were just glad to be alive.

Welcome to the forum, where we love our cars as much as your other group, I'm sure. There is a wealth of information here, spanning many subject areas, as you have already seen. Prepare to venture forth with your tongue securely in your cheek as it has served me well!! Are photos coming soon??
