One of our clients at work is a MAJOR Toyota distributor. We were doing some maintenance at one of their sites when one of the execs started asking lots of questions about the HHR, and giving it lots of compliments in relation to his Scion Xd. The XD was bright orange ad nice on the inside, but he was impressed with spaciousness of the HHR, the BFM paint, the seats, and the motor, of course. Made me feel all patriotic to know a Toyota guy was so impressed.

 

I hate the interior of the Scion xD. It is WAY over the top.

 

Scion is Asian for I can afford a real Toyota.

 

xD? I would hope so, it's a cheap POS subcompact car, they are hardly comparable. My son drives a Scion xB, I think more in line with the HHR, and since it only cost $15 grand, I would hope they were impressed by an SS.
