All year HHRs w/ sunroof should have the wind screen. As far as the redundant steering wheel buttons, what more would you like? Volume control, Mute, preset jump, station seek,.................
Where's this memorial site going to be? I'm sure my friends X-treme is going to be dead real soon.
Memorial site will be somewhere on my personal site, or I could get a domain... a domain is tempting for it... but it'll be a few weeks, and I garuntee it will be sort of hilarious =).
Anyway - 'input/band' would be a good button! haha
Thanks for the pointer about the wind screen, I was able to open the roof today and saw it =).

That being said, I'm a little worried every time I hear a noise! "Oh is that the intermediate shaft? Is that the steering column... or is that just the 'you bought something based on the Delta! It's not going to be a Cadillac!' sound.
haha

It's okay...in time you will stop reaching for the column when shifting into gear.
The HHR is a worthy replacement. I don't know about you, but my Blazer and Sonoma weren't nearly as reliable as this HHR has been. Almost three full years trouble free now. My Dad's/mine '91 S-10 had over 200k before we gave it to my uncle because some punks knocked out the windows, but he replaced it with an '04 Saturn ION. Another Delta just like the HHR, and all he's done is replace a battery in four years.

A worthy replacement - I hope so =).
My S-10 was pretty reliable - driveshaft needed work at 75,000. But that's been it...
Update - my truck was just sold. The guy "fell in love with it" as soon as he saw it.
Here's hoping that the HHR performs as intended =)

His is about as slammed as possible for driving, and his front facia is so badly damaged, that after his last accident, was told that it could not be fixed for a reasonable price.
