Just bought a new 07 HHR!

Hello all, I just bought my wife an 07 HHR..

It is a 2LT "Special Edition"

Actually, I am not sure exactly why it is a special edition....it is black with the spoiler and black chrome wheels and accents.

So far I have to say that this thing is a riot!!

I have always been a GM guy, but I have always had muscle cars (96 Z-28, 99 C5) and I have to say this car is just plain fun to drive!

I love the fit and finish, if this the kind of product that GM is going to put out, then I think there is hope for the General yet!

Great site, look forward to learning more about HHR's

What you have is the Fall Edition. Only 4000 made; black chrome, ebony interior, and special pin stripe.

Welcome!

Thanks for the info,

I have been looking through many posts in the Problems/Service Issues section, can you tell me if there is anything specific that I should keep an eye on?

I saw some references to fuses???

It was a problem in 06s not sure about 07s. The problem is that some times the fuses are not seated in all the way. Just double check the fuses under the hood and in passerenger seat area.

All cars will have a problem at one time or other, The thing that I see is dealers not having a lot of good tech's that can do the repairs right the first time! On some of the early cars water leaks maybe. One thing get a lower grill to save the A/C cond. from stones or other things from the road way. There is a thread in the HOW TO DO about a low cost fix or any of the after market lower grills. Glad you like the HHR so far and

There is a black special edition on the lot where I live that I've been eyeing pretty hard. Just not ready to trade Passion off.
