Just got back from the weight scale and I was very happy that it came in at a trim 1,360 kilograms or 2,998 pounds.I`am done with all my big mods most were for power and at the same time to remove weight.

It is a 07 Panel 2.2 5 speed zero factory options 16" tires alloy wheels.It was my goal to get it under 3,000 pound`s at the time it was low on gas and had a range of 77 miles.Next thing it is going to get put on a dyno to see if all my hard work paid off in more HP.

Did you have a weight record BEFORE your weight reduction??

Do you also have a dyno on your car before the Mods??

 

Just out of curiosity: was it full of fuel when you weighed it?

 

My Panel (2LT) weighs 3149 pounds. I would be interested how much yours weighed before it met Jenny Craig.

 

Snoopy I was able to loose 74lbs when I ever get it to the track to do some 1/4 mile runs I can remove a quick 30-40lbs more(spare tire,jack,plastic tray,cover and rubber cargo and floor mats.
I also need a quick 20-25lbs off myself .The dyno shop says the 06-07 2.2`s stock are 128-131hp at the wheels so I will just look to better 131.

Li`l Hearse it would have been 3,072 lbs. in the stock form.

GM listed the weight of the 08 SS at 3,280lbs. for the manual and
3,353 lbs. for the auto
