Heat, saw or grinder, sounds like the bolt is stuck in the steel sleeve of the bushing.
Did you try a length of pipe on the breaker bar trick?

I had a 36" bar (3/8 drive) and it was flexing...In the morning Im going to the son n laws shop for an oil change, gonna have them just crack the bolt loose so I can work it at the house and see if I can get it loose myself to change out. If not I got a shop that will do it for a small fee, they have all the tools if they need to slice n dice it out. But I hope to be able to save them to rebuild. Got the new bolts in today.

You need more power a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar won’t flex and lots of penetrating oil

If you mean the bolt from the struts to the knuckle they are splined, remove nuts then drift out. Not sure why you would do anything to them.

If you have trouble getting the ball joint stud into the knuckle remove the 3 nuts on the top of the strut tower.

The 1 bolt holding the ball joint in to get the LCA off... I got the big one in the rear and the 2 on the subframe, the last bolt #4 is holding the ball joint. nut came off with a fight but the bolt wont budge, tried an impact fro the neighbor but my compressor is small so it wouldnt run long but had the PSI to start off, tried beating with a block of wood and 6# hammer....1/2" drive wouldnt break it loose. Running back to the shop, son n law is going to impact it to see if it will break free, I was just trying to find out if its threaded into the knuckle before the nut or the nut actually clamps it down.... damn and I almost had it, had to slap it all back together just because the ball joint bolt wont budge now ( and yes, they been soaking ) off to the shop I go again

Lower Ball Joint pinch bolt is what they are called. Shop spent nearly an hour on them, ended up snapping off so they just drove them out. They are replaced with temp bolts so I need to find 12.9 Hardened bolts. Does anyone know the bolt sizes?

That bolt fits in groove on the ball joint stud, so it needs a smooth spot.
I would go to a gm parts site and look for the part number, maybe walk into the parts department and ask on Mondat, some are open on Saturday.

No one has replacement LBJ pinch bolts without buying the new ball joint.... so Ill go to the farm supply soon and get a couple hardened bolts/nuts.
Shop tried to impact them out and they just snapped, frozen solid !

Well, its done, took me all day unfortunately but they are done. The old bushings were still intact but the rubber was cracked and the bushing was getting loose inside. My passenger balljoint was wobbly loose, drivers was still tight but rubber was worse on drivers side. New bolts anti seized to death before install including all holes, bushings that could rust/seize later.
