Leather wrapped steering wheel

Hi,

I am interested in an HHR for my business (commercial photography/videography) and am considering the AA5 option on an LT1 with the 2.2 liter engine. I would like a leather wrapped steering wheel but prefer cloth upholstery. I saw an option code for think there may be an option code for the wheel, but am not sure. Also, is there a full length rubber cargo mat? Anyone know about these options?

Thanks,

Paul

Size: 5.6 KB to the site. There are some aftermarket cargo mats you could get. Not sure who all carries them but I'm sure others will chime in. As for the steering wheel I'm not sure there either but if not you could do what this member did:

Just buy an aftermarket leather wrap for the steering wheel. I did. It looks great, was very easy to install, and I really love it. I have to do some research to find where I got it. I'll get back to you.

Thanks!

Appreciate your feedback. My first choice would be to go with a factory option. Second choice would be the replacement part.

If you are going to buy a BRAND NEW AA5 car, then bargain with the selling dealership to get the leather wheel. if they retail for $170-ish, have them get it for you...if it is not an option on a 1LT. Most sales depts. would rather give you a $170 steering wheel, than have you go elsewhere to buy the car. If no such luck, then just oder it as an add-on, and have them install it for you. Plus, you should get parts credit for the old, non-leather wheel if you go this route.

I have a leather wrapped wheel in my 2LT, but I am considering an ebony one instead, as the gray is showing some discoloration at 37k miles...prvious owner either never washed, or the selling dealer's detailers used something too strong, or the leather is fading from sunlight/use.
