LED tail lights

LED tail lights as warning lights?

Does anyone know if you can splice and use a outside flasher source and turn the led tail lights into warning lights?

Shouldn't be a problem 1151. LED's are almost ideal as warning lights because of their instant on characteristics. There are a few ways to do the flasher install, and a few different kinds of flashers available. You might try bestwarninglights.com, they seem to have a decent selection at not bad prices.

Anytime I can help, I will. Even when suffering with the world's first fatal head cold.

Feel better!

The only down side, I don't have the led tail lights, and I can't decide if I wanna go with the tinted ones, or the bermuda black

I dont really think there is too much of a difference between the Smoked LEDs and the Clear/Chrome LEDs. You can barely even tell that the Smoked ones are even tinted.JMO. I am thinking about doing the Bermuda Blacks or another set of the Clear/Chrome LEDs for my ride once I get a few more $$ saved(almost have enough to order a new set).
