Leveling Springs

OK. I'm new. My problem is: I want to install Gold Line leveling springs on my 2007 Dark Silver LT. The dealer I bought it from, says it will void my warranty. 3 other Chevy dealers in my area say it will not unless the springs cause the problem Who do I believe?

Welcome to the site.
Did you install the springs yourself?

No, I don't have them on yet. I just didn't know who to believe. But after reading your replies, I am going to order and install.

Stu1011, Welcome to the site and if nothing else put in a call to GM for the rest of the story. Their service rep. should be able to give you a stright answer. It's always best to get it in writing if at all possible, even an e-mail from the rep. with what will and will not void your warranty. Better safe then sorry, as other on the site have stated even under the magnuson warranty act if the dealer doesn't want to cover it, you can get stuck out.

Congats and good luck with your new HHR.

Curtis & Deb
