Mine came from the dealer with a slight dent on the right side of the bar. They said they would fix it, but they would probably make it worse. You can barley see it if the light is just right. Still annoying though.

Could someone post a pic with an arrow showing where the dents may appear?

Thanks!

When I close mine I push on the Gold Bowtie and have not seen a dent yet, 10k miles. I do have a little door ding just to the lower right of the license plate. Don't knoww hoe that got there. I also have a pressure dint on the front hood form what think happened is when colssing the hood a freind pushed to hard with his palm and put a pressure dent right in the hood bend above the grill. It should not be to bad to pop out.

No dents yet, and I use the pocket to shut it most of the time. I start closing it with the pocket and finish with the bowtie if I have to open it again to get it closed all the way. I wish it had the black 3M grippy stuff in them. We have a blue MAXX and it has the grippy stuff in both pockets. You would think they would do this in all their cars & trucks.

The 3M "sticky stuff" is available to do it yourself but, I can't remember where I saw it....maybe HD.

But, I think a WELL SECURED pull strap would be nice as well. Hmmmmmm
