Not a fan of Kia quality, but I liked the Kia even before I knew what it was. I wouldn't own one, but they did a good job on looks.

yeah, but you know what beats the hell out of HHR's ?

the new Xb.

though stylisticly they are all so far apart i dont think its fair to compare it or these 2 to the HHR.

the HHR is retro and freeway friendly, whereas these are ultramodern and excell at stop and go, in town, urban styled driving!(though the Xb is sex on the freeway, i like it even more than the HHR!)

and while the new Xb is great on the freeway...

How can you compare the HHr to anything when it is in a class all its own......except the PT, and we alll know how we feel about that....

Nor are they trying to be. Both are more aimed at the youth market, as in, "different is better". Most original Xb owners thought the newer version was a sellout towards more mainstream buyers. Nissan is hoping to corner this market. I'm sure it will outsell the HHR this year. The HHR continues to be an "old ladies" car.

All three of these boxes are ugly copies of the Honda Element.

If and when I replace the HHR SS it will be with a small Pick up truck or MINI since the HHR will not be around. That is unless GM can come up with something interesting.

I would not ever caught driving one of these under powered clown cars.

We as a family have both the HHR and the Scion box. That Scion xB is a sweet riding vehicle. It belongs to my step-daughter.

I had a kia before I got the HHR, only reason I have the HHR now is I totalled the kia. bought it new and had 32k on it when totalled, never had to have any warranty work done on it either.

I just saw a commercial on CC for the Soul. There were lemmings or hamsters or something driving it.

American

One big difference. It may not be important to you but it is to me. The HHR is an AMERICAN car.

We already have a huge trade deficit and besides I have pride in America,
