removed catch can and drove 50 miles. Now I have the same crap ,that I used to drain from catch can ,in the intake pipe!!! Please, can someone explain what is going on here???

Maybe the 2 PVC tubes are backwards?

what tubes are you talking about? The line that connects valve cover to turbo us just a line. There's no valves in there. There's only one valve in the line that goes from the head to the intake manifold. That valve is good and positioned correctly. Realy confused.

The oil is clean, but i changed it 250-300 miles ago. Coolant looks good.

If you can take the hose off the front of the turbo and make a temporary catch can for it. Or take it and run it towards the ground. Looking to see if it's from engine or turbo.
