You've gotta clamp that rear down somehow...with spring clamps or something. When you do, it will really increase the car's handling; sway & body roll will decrease, and so will braking nosedive. With the rear up so high it's gotta dive pretty bad!

Have you had any issues with the splash guards scraping? I want to lower mine buy I like the splash guards and don't really want to take them off.

No issues with the splash guards scraping, but I don't want to knock the front valiance off on a curb or parking block.

You won't knock it off (the valance); I hit a few of them the first week mine was lowered. Mine received a few scratches, but its on solid. Once you remember it's there you'll be more careful pulling up to them. I probably look like I'm "staging" for a drag race when I pull in now!

I have knocked it loose in the past, befor I lowered it. I eased up a little too far on the curb and one of the corners came loose.I was able to snap it back in place though. I wouldn't want to do that too many times, you might break one of the tabs or wear out the slots.

It does look abit high in the rear (from lowered HHR's that i've seen). Mine would probably sit that way if i did'nt have my mammoth sub enclosure back there. Still extremely better look than stock.

I am hoping to have mine lowered and am planning to get supplies through SoCalHHR unless some super deal is out there. I love the look and am hoping the ride improves.
Anyone added a powered sub-woofer to back storage area?

Has anyone lowered a LS yet?I'm wodering how much different its gonna feel lowerd after having the touring springs..I still dont know what springs to go with either.I like the idea of it being lowered to level with the goldlines but then again those springtechs dont look bad and they are cheaper.
