Me 2

An inch or two would do it. I'm 6'2" with the sunroof and it's a little tight.

Short of having the bar that runs side to side under the back of the seat cut, notched and welded I don't know what to do. And then I'm not sure about the front either.

It'll be interesting to see what others may have come up with.

I am 6'3" and have had the height issue in my cars. I resolve by reclining the seat back a bit, but that makes the traffic light issue even worse.

I have the light-n-sight installed on both of my HHRs and they are great!

I use the lighnsite on my HHR and love it...totally makes it a non-issue.

Wink I use the light-in-sight also.

But, if the seat were lowered another 2", I'm 6'2", the humongous on-star mirror would not be as major an issue as it is right now.
At 4-way stops, I have missed cars to the right making left turns right at me. It is only a matter of time for a major oops/fender bender.
You can only move the mirror up so far, and that is way not enough.
Give me 2" lower on the front seat and I won't need the light-in-sight and would probably see into intersections much better also.
I just can't drive with the seat back leaning back, I have to sit up-right. My ex and her kids learned to drive while leaning back and I just can't see how they do it, especially with a clutch to work with.

No pics in my car, but from the company website (lightinsight.com)

It really is that simple to install.
