Magnaflow sound

I just put the Magnaflow Catback on my car. I know it is personal taste but does anyone else think it sounds ricey? Sounds to me way to much like the Hondas and Toyotas that are running around in my area.

That has been my biggest fear. I have been going back and forth between MagnaFlow and the GMPP. Are you happy with the GMPP sound. Do you know if there are any sound clips available?

Thanks,
Mike

I'm very happy with the GMPP, here is my GMPP video its a crappy video cuz i used my camera phone. It sounds so good not too loud but very throaty, not ricey at all. Like i said it doesn't sound loud at all with my camera phone, its actually louder than what you hear in this vid.

I've heard a couple on 2.4's and didn't think they sounded ricey. But that's me and my "went to too many concerts" hearing!

Any chance of making a better video? I never did get to here it much when I was in Ohio. Don't be afraid to step on it either.

Guess I'll post mine too. Not a catback, but I did use magnaflow mufflers.

Yea I will make a better vid soon I was getting on it, but you must remember I have auto transmission so it has a rev limiter, and I cant rev very high. I will do a vid with me doing some drive bys.

Mitz is really happy with her magnaflow. Doesn't sound like the fart-can honda's I've heard.

Neither does mine...

My stainless steel Magnaflow sounds NOTHING like a ricer "fart can".

It definitely has a low deep rumble when in idle and a healthy deep growl when you get on it. I've even stood in a parking lot and had my fiance drive in around and I am more than pleased with the sounds and performance it provides.
