When I first saw the hook, I looked at a photo I had and no hook. But it did look like a brake line so I just went outside and reached around the tire, boom there it was.

Yours does NOT have ABS, does it ?

& is your brake line hanging or not ?? Inquiruing minds need to know..

nope, no ABS, so I assume it's just a factory 'die' that wasn't used?

Figured that, but IS your brake line supported or not ? You have to have a brake line..

What does the other side look like ?

ok, drivers side is just like passenger side with the exception that it doesn't look like anything was ever mounted there.
as far as the brake lines, i'll have to turn the wheels to the side to see, but i don't recall (when i had them off) that it looked like they were flopping loose
